Our website is doing some inner work.

We help leaders and organizations become more aware of themselves. It was only fair to let our website go through the same process.

It is currently in the awareness phase. Meaningful change follows. That is how it works in Gestalt, too.

Becoming aware: 82%. The remaining 18% is resistance, and we know how to work with that.
