Process

Our Process Audit evaluates the effectiveness of the processes and provides recommendations on how to improve them. We help you with analyzing the existing processes and evaluating them, thus providing an end-to-end view of company processes. Our team ensures the identification of gaps, improvement opportunities, and risk areas. As a result, we assess the effectiveness, and provide recommendations on improvements.

Product

We look at the product from different angles: Product Design, Processes and Rules/Regulations. We give evaluation scores for the product by looking at the product from the perspective of all stakeholders. The main scores calculated for the product are: CSS (Customer Satisfaction Score), NPS (Net Promoter Score) and CES (Customer Effort Score). We also conduct Problem Management by identifying main requests coming from the customers and giving recommendations on how to decrease their number by making changes in the Product.

Agile

Many companies go through Agile transformation these days. Many of them go by the book, others hire consultants and coaches to help them. In some situations they do everything by the book without allowing any flexibility, whilst in other situations they improvise too much, ending up with a hybrid monster at the end. Our team comes in to help you see if you know your goals, and if Agile transformation will help you to achieve it. We consider all the peculiarities of the teams, assess the current state, and offer recommendations based on these findings. We help teams to find the right agility for their team in the situation they found themselves in.
