Training

One of our core values is: "Knowledge is something that gets multiplied when shared. Share your knowledge as much as you can!". We design training based on this value. We don't just deliver pre-defined, templated training. We conduct thorough training needs assessments (TNAs), identify the gaps that need to be filled by the training, and tailor the materials specifically to cover these areas. All training is delivered by professionals with field expertise and skilled in a range of training techniques.

Feedback

How and Why We React to Feedback the Way We Do

Companies always look to offer feedback. They train people how to be an effective feedback provider, and promote giving feedback and package it as a gift. But what people often miss is the fact that any feedback-related conversation has two sides – the giver and the receiver. This module helps feedback receivers understand their reactions to feedback, their emotions, triggers, and to become more effective receivers. This makes it easier to give feedback, increases the value of meetings, and helps the receiver to improve.

Crucial Conversations

How to Talk About Hard Things Without Making It Harder

Being prepared for such conversations can help change the course of events, and turn hard conversations into life-changing positive experiences for both sides. Moving Motivators

Chemistry Behind Motivation

There are more than 450 theories on motivation. All of them are somehow tested, all of them are valid for one or another situation. But the most important thing to understand is that people are different, and the things that motivate one person, may not be of value for another. Also, someone may be motivated by one thing in one situation, and in another situation, by something completely different. When we try to motivate our team members, we sometimes focus on one thing we know about that person. This module explores different motivators, and gives a framework for managers to understand specific motivators, and how they can affect specific people in specific situations.

Communication

If I Know Something, How Come Other Don’s Know that? It Is So Obvious

Dig deeper into conflicts and you will find that the majority of them arise from miscommunication. At times, when we know something, we assume everyone knows it too. At times, we feel that things are very straightforward, and everyone should understand them by default. When it comes to Manager/Team Member communication, sometimes Managers think that the Team Member should know something by default, or should use simple logic to understand it. The communication is not about you. The communication is about the person on the other side of the conversation. This module helps us to see our blind spots in communication, and provides exercises to improve our communication flow.
