Coaching
Our Coaching Programs are designed to inspire change, and accelerate transformation across the organization. Connecting the right Coaches with the right Team Members in a shared effort, enables the business to get to where it needs to be. High performance begins with strong self-awareness. Identifying what is holding us back and preventing our growth is important, that's why we have designed Coaching Programs that help dig below the surface, and see what is preventing our highest levels of happiness and performance. Ultimately, we develop flexible Team Members with the ability and willingness to understand and change their own styles, techniques, or processes to improve personal performance at their personal level, that can positively impact the entire organization.
Team Coaching
Our Team Coaching solution brings together the Team members to drive the team towards accomplishing a goal - whether it be completing a particular project, starting a new business unit or meeting sales targets. We work with a team considering their normal progression, which consists of four stages: Forming, storming, norming, performing. Sometimes teams get stuck in the storming stage, or never really move past norming, and into performing. Occasionally, a team may be performing, then slip backwards into a storming phase if conflicts arise. Our Coaching Program assists with all four of these levels, ensuring that teams don't stay in one phase longer than necessary, moving them to the performing phase more rapidly.
Executive Coaching
Our Executive Coaching program helps senior leaders raise the challenges they face and transform the organization to be ready for the challenges of the future. We combine assessment tools with proven methodologies and tailor our approach for each specific situation. Our program promotes the creation of new leaders who can drive impact across and beyond the organizational ecosystem by being authentic, open, empathetic and agile.
Leadership Coaching
Our Leadership Coaching program aims at improving the impact and effectiveness of anyone in a leadership position. It helps leaders build the capabilities they need to inspire and enable their teams to thrive in a disruptive world. We help leaders identify areas of improvement that would be hidden from them otherwise. We start with a 360 developmental assessment that provides leaders with confidential feedback summarized from interviews with their direct reports, peers, managers, and clients. It helps us to work with a leader on an informed change, based on identified strengths and opportunities for leadership development.
