Business Games

Business games are the perfect way to boost the mood of your Team Members, engaging them in fun activities, whilst at the same time providing a great learning opportunity. Recently, we have seen the rise of corporate events that, apart from being a way to party, are also a process of fun learning. We have designed our business games specifically to be a learning experience where you can play, get angry, emotional, disappointed, happy, and energized. These games are played during training sessions, team outings, corporate events, or just for fun.

Communication

If you analyze problematic situations, you will see that most of the time it is the absence of communication, or miscommunication, that led to the escalation of a situation. This game can be played with teams, and is specifically effective when Managers are also involved. It is a fun game that provokes many emotions, and allows us to reflect on the real-life situations that happen to us and our team. It sheds light on how we communicate in specific situations, and what others do to make us furious.

Teamwork

The importance of teamwork can be described as “the outcome of the work of a group of people working together is greater than the individual outcomes”. But it is not always the rule that the team is greater than its parts. Sometimes it’s less than its parts. This set of games is created for different situations in which people realize the importance of teamwork. These games are fun and energetic. They include the making of paper airplanes, balloon work, Lego, coloring, and building, and they showcase the real value of teamwork.

Agile Games

Do you want your team to grasp the meaning of Agile? Do you want them to deeply dive into the values of Agile and own the Mindset? These games are for you! We have designed a specific game for each Value and Principle in the Agile Manifesto. Apart from the Agile Mindset, we also have developed games that are meant for understanding specific frameworks and practices of Agile. Starting from Scrum, and ending with User Story Mapping and requirement solicitation. Is there a better way of learning than by playing?

Networking

The Darbar number says that 150 is the maximum number of group members that can function effectively. It is because this is the optimal number of people you can keep a close interaction with. So what if your company is bigger than 150? Does this mean it will never function well? Of course not! It actually means that it requires much more effort to sustain communication between teams. This game helps big companies bring their Team Members together, and make sure they form meaningful connections.
